Miss Anjelica
One of Anjelica Roman’s proudest accomplishments is becoming the Director of Denise Daniele Dance Center for the 2017–2018 season. With over 30 years of dance experience, Anjelica has trained extensively in a wide range of styles, including world dances such as Flamenco and African. She has had the opportunity to work with renowned artists such as Mike Minery, Albert Blackstone, Germaine Salsberg, and Michael Leon Thomas, among others. Anjelica also had the privilege of traveling with the Tremaine Dance Convention to perform and assist Laurie Johnson. A graduate of Long Island University, Anjelica earned her degree in Arts Management with a concentration in Dance. Her professional experience extends beyond performance—she has coached and choreographed for hundreds of dancers across Statewide Pro USA east coast teams, including the Philadelphia Soulmates Junior Dance Team, Lakewood BlueClaws Dance Team, and became Head Coach for the Rutgers Junior Knights Dance Team. For many seasons, Anjelica has also choreographed and taught for the Backstage Performing Arts team at Nationals. In addition to her work as a performer and educator, she serves as the Awards Coordinator for GROOVE Dance Competition and Convention. Being part of the arts in all forms brings Anjelica immense joy. Her ultimate goal is to share her passion for dance and inspire every person she meets.
Mr Scott
Mr. Scott began his dance training at the age of seven, studying multiple styles and participating in community theater. He attended OCVTS Performing Arts Academy as a dance major, where he began his formal dance education. During high school, he was actively involved in musicals and various dance clubs, further cultivating his passion for the arts.
He continued his education at Georgian Court University under the direction of Silvana Cardell, where he trained extensively in ballet, modern, jazz, and choreography. During his time there, Mr. Scott was cast in over 20 faculty and guest ensembles across a range of styles. He also had the opportunity to attend ACDA, perform in both New York Cityand Philadelphia, and study abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Scott has studied in Miami, taking advanced classes with the Miami City Ballet.
Mr. Scott is excited to share his love and knowledge of dance with his students. He strives to bring a variety of styles and teaching methods into his classes, hoping to inspire a lifelong passion for dance and creativity in each of his students as they embark on their own artistic journeys.
Miss Eliza
Eliza Roman, who resides in Barnegat, New Jersey, is a graduate of Georgian Court University, where she earned her degree as a Performance Dance major. She is also a graduate of the OCVTS Performing Arts Academy, where she studied dance, acting, audio engineering, and singing. During her time there, she served as President of her National Honor Society for Dance Arts chapter and continues to be an active member of the Dance New Jersey organization. For the past twenty years, Eliza has trained, performed, and taught at Denise Daniele Dance Center, as well as at various studios throughout Ocean County. In 2019, she founded her own production company, Roman Artistry Studios, which she successfully directed through 2021. Eliza has experience teaching in a public school setting, serving as a dance maternity leave substitute for Triton High School and Timber Creek High School during the 2024–2025 school year. She continues to work as a guest teacher in multiple schools and programs, including OCVTS Performing Arts Academy. She is also a company member and instructor with the Alborada Spanish Dance Theatre, specializing in Flamenco, and has commercial dance experience performing with music artist Jayel. Eliza has served as both a dancer and assistant coach for the Rutgers Junior Knights Dance Team, and as coach for the Storm Dance Team. A Tremaine Apprentice Program scholarship recipient since 2017, Eliza now proudly continues her involvement as an alumna. Her passion for the arts continues to shine through her teaching, choreography, and dedication to inspiring dancers of all ages.

Ms Lolly
Originally from Lakewood, New Jersey, Laurén “Lolly” Galarza is an alumna of The College of New Jersey and has built a dynamic career as a dance instructor, choreographer, and performer throughout the tri-state area. Alongside her dance career, she is also a dedicated middle school math and science teacher at Bay Head School. Lolly began her dance training under the instruction of Denise Blackstone, Finus Jhung, Mike Minery, and Sheila Barker, studying ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. Her professional credits include choreography and performances with Success America, the AFL Philadelphia Soulmates Dance Team, the AIFL Trenton Titans Dance Team, Science Cheerleader, and Dance the Magic on Broadway. She has also choreographed for Point Pleasant Beach High School’s musical productions of Guys and Dolls, Bring It On, Anything Goes, and Chicago. At age 15, Lolly began teaching all levels and styles at Denise Daniele’s Dance Studio while performing with the company and touring as a scholarship recipient at various competitions. She went on to dance with the Barry University Dance Team in 2004, became a Philadelphia Soulmate Dancer in 2007, and later joined the Philadelphia All-Pro Dancers in 2009, performing at stadiums across the tri-state area. In 2007, Miss Lolly joined Statewide Promotions as a coach for the Philadelphia Junior Soulmates and Platinum All Stars Dance Team. By 2010, she was coaching and choreographing for over 200 dancers across the Lakewood BlueClaws, Trenton Thunder, and Somerset Patriots dance teams. In 2014, she was named the Head Coach and Choreographer of the first-ever Rutgers Junior Knights Dance Team, ages 8–18. Miss Lolly recently earned her Master’s in Education (Special Education) and is thrilled to be back in the studio sharing her passion for dance — especially Directing the SHOOTING STARS PROGRAM!
